Scarf with laurel wreath & 12th century print – blue/white

Description

I printed this lovely soft scarf by hand using stamps which I carved myself. The decorative border stamp was inspired by the gold embroidery of a dalmatica from the 12th century and romanesque artwork.

This scarf has a beautifully soft and warm fabric with a good weight. It is perfect for cooler or windy days or air-conditioned places. Can be worn year round and is machine washable.

Please keep in mind that photos sometimes can’t display the true colors. Every print is slightly different and unique because of the handprinting process.  The scarf comes without the circlet.
