Belt Pouch with 16/17th century lion & fleur-de-lis print – gold/green

Description

I printed this lovely gold colored fabric by hand using stamps which I carved myself. This rampant lion stamp is based on artwork probably from the 16th or 17th century. The decorative fleur-de-lis border is based on period artwork from around the 13th century.

All seams of the belt pouch were reinforced. The whole pouch was lined with cotton fabric on the inside. All used fabrics were new and pre-washed. The belt pouch is machine washable if needed.
