Bag with octopus print – purple (magenta)/light green – 12 x 12 inch

Description

I printed the magenta cotton fabric by hand using a stamp which I carved myself. This octopus is a mixture of a late medieval octopus as depicted in a 16th century manuscript as well as a little bit of modern and ancient Minoan inspiration.

All seams of the bag were reinforced. The whole bag was lined with the same magenta cotton fabric on the inside. The used fabric was pre-washed. The bag is machine washable if needed.
