Bag with octopus print – white/blue – 14 x 15.5 inch

Description

I printed the white denim by hand using a stamp which I carved myself. This octopus is a mixture of a late medieval octopus as depicted in a 16th century manuscript as well as a little bit of modern and ancient Minoan inspiration.

All seams of the bag were reinforced. The strap was made from durable blue cotton canvas and the whole bag was lined with a light blue fabric. All used fabrics were pre-washed. The bag is machine washable if needed.
