Bag with 13th century griffin & border print – gold / red – 12.5 x 13 inch

Description

I printed this lovely gold colored fabric by hand using stamps which I carved myself. This griffin stamp is based on artwork depicted on tiles from the 13th century and the decorative border is based on a border tile pattern which is also from the 13th century.

All seams of the bag were reinforced. The whole bag was lined with red cotton fabric. All used fabrics were pre-washed. The bag is machine washable if needed.
