Yes, it took a while but as a German saying says, all good things in life take time. And well, medieval hand embroidery is really not a fast craft. *giggle*

I am very glad to say that my 14th century French pouch arrived in time at her new destination and could serve as a Valentine’s day present for a very lovely lady here in the US. And well, what shall I say – my sweetheart didn’t complain at all about his new finger gauntlets which I got in exchange for the pouch. Yay for awesome friends and great swaps! 😀
